What happens if my flight time changes?

Our computer system is connected to the airport information service. It allows us to send your driver to pick you up at the exact time your flight arrives, based on your flight number. If your flight is delayed, you do not need to notify us. If your flight arrives early, your driver will be there earlier too.

Can I choose the route I want?

The price of the trip is fixed and the route is computer optimized to take you to your final destination as quickly as possible. However, you have the option to let the driver know that you have a preferred route. He will welcome you within reasonable limits.

Yes it is possible but a minimum reservation of 3 hours applies (depending on the car category)

Is it possible to make a reservation in advance?

You can reserve 30 days to one hour in advance. When booking, please indicate the exact pickup day and time, along with your detailed information. You will receive a confirmation message the day before your ride.

Sedan, Business, First, Van: which vehicle to choose?

KEEMDELUXE LIMOUSINES offers you 4 categories of vehicles for Paris CDG or Orly taxi or others,

depending on your needs =>

Sedan: Mercedes C Class or equivalent.

Business: Mercedes Class E or equivalent.

First: Mercedes S Class or equivalent

Van: Mercedes Class V or equivalent.

The price varies depending on the type of vehicle you select and which will be allocated to you.

What if the driver doesn't show up?

In certain exceptional cases, the driver may have difficulty arriving on time (road accident, mechanical problem, etc.). In this case, you will be informed immediately and the trip will be reassigned to another driver. You obviously also have the possibility to book another reservation.
